The Black Forge Republic

An industrious country run by the ever-proud Harmon Oathea. The people of Black Forge share his pride as well as his lust for prosperity. While not poor themselves, their is always a jealous aura cast from the Bludsmen towards the affluent travellers from Yvespring. The Black Forge population is primarily made of Orcs, Tieflings, Dwarves, Gnomes and Halflings.

History

There was a brief war between the Black Forge and the Val-Riox, the aggression was believed to have been started by the Black Forge mining operations disregarding the Val-Riox borders and this act was seen as an invasion in the eyes of the United Empire. This lead to the infamous Black Mine Slaughter that started the bloody eleven month war.
