the S.A.G. considers itself a collectivized organization. This is echoed at the top of the organization where a council of Thirty three adventurers guide the guild in vague and abstract directions. These adventurers are subject to be replaced when a vote is raised and can be raised at any time.
The only lasting member of this council is Chairman Sebastien Faure. Who has survived simply through his impartial blase. He takes pride in his work and is unshaken in the rocking boat that is the S.A.G.s internal politic.
He frequently wears his straw boater hat and is a genuine believer in the S.A.G. and his enthusiasm for it is almost contagious.
