Yukiko Tsunade is the sweet and charming niece to the owners of Japan's very own Tsunade Corporation. Having been raised by the brother of Botan Tsunade, the founder and CEO of the Tsunade Corporation, Yukiko has been raised to help carry on the family legacy, but was given free reign in her adult years on how to proceed with doing so. Having a fondness for art since her early school days, Yukiko has successfully opened and managed 2 establishments under the Tsunade Corp. umbrella, one being a art cafe in Japan, and the other being an art bar that she runs right here on campus! Many students who frequent her establishment know it as "The Spirit Gallery". Yukiko says the inspiration for these came from her younger cousin, Umeko Tsunade, who manages her own maid cafe in Japan along with a male acquaintance.

Since being selected to attend Cain University, Yukiko has been widely recognized as a friendly and helpful face with a spunky attitude among the student body and faculty. Many have noted her persistence in making sure those around her are constantly motivated to do their best. This can-do attitude caught the attention of Emilia during Yukiko's second year, which earned her a seat on the student council. Since being elected to sit on the council, many have compared her to Victoria, as the two of them are almost always seen trying to help their fellow students and promote a healthy image of the school.
