Victoria, or "Vicky" as many around campus call her, is one of the more outgoing and friendlier faces that sits within the student council. She's liked by the majority of the student body due to her uplifting and straight-forward personality, but is often at odds with fellow members of the student council, especially its leaders M and Emilia. She's had a seat on the council since the start of her second year at Cain University, but has always been openly critical of some of the decisions made by the council, such as their admission of Hiyoko into their ranks, advocating for a more democratic approach towards member recruitment. She also has been outspoken about their limiting of funds to clubs that have no representation by any of the current council members.
Even with her disagreements, Victoria is highly respected by the faculty of the university, with Dean Cain himself seeking council with her on multiple topics such as the direction of the university, staff hiring, and new student evaluation. Because Victoria plays a large role in the finalizing of recruitment of new students, she often spends her free time helping first years feel welcome at Cain University. Assisting them on learning how to adapt to their new life here, as well as helping to mitigate any disputes or issues some may have with their senior classmates.
Because of her more public appearance as a council member, Victoria is often compared to Yukiko when students discuss the helpfulness of the student council. Victoria hasn't commented on these comparisons, stating that what she cares about the most is making sure everyone at the university, especially the first years, have proper representation and a voice to be heard.
