Hiyoko is the newest member of the student council, finding herself inaugurated within the final semester of her first year at Cain University last year. Not much is known about her to those not within her circle of friends or in the occultist club she's heading this year. However, it's said that she never makes direct eye contact with anyone unless she feels a supernatural aura emanating from them.
Those who do interact with Hiyoko on a daily basis have described her as a genius in the field of supernatural phenomina. Some saying that if you ever needed proof that there are other beings among us, all you need to do is let Hiyoko open up to you. Others have even gone so far as to speculate if she herself has been possesed or is in some way a supernatural entity. There are those within the student body however, that consider her a fraud and see her spot on the council as a mistake.
Because of her more reculsive and somewhat quesionable behavior, rumors have quickly spread about how she gained at seat on the council so hastily, especially when so few people know so little about her. Whenever pressed on this topic, the other members of the council remain tight lipped, even the more critical Victoria Ash doesn't give too many clues to those looking for them. When asked about this directly, Hiyoko always declines to comment, often times not even acknowledging the asker.
