Not that anyone would bother reading this, I’ll as it’s required. What is there to say about myself that’s worth the time to read this? Nothing honestly. Unless you enjoy hula hoop, then I might be able to offer you something of value. But actually there’s nothing complicated about hula hoop, it is about letting your mind go blank and move your body in a consistent rhythm, with your hips loose, knee slightly bent and your abs tight.
