Hello, everyone! My name’s Estelle Donadieu, chocolatier extraordinaire! I’m always looking to put smiles on everyone’s faces, and what better way to do that than serving some of the highest quality chocolate in the world? I know that probably comes off conceited, but I promise, I only say this because of my attention to detail and my use of only the best cocoa beans in the world. I make every piece of chocolate from bean to bar, and treat every piece like a work of art, whether it’s for a pre-made box, or a custom order. Chocolate is my passion, and I want every bite to be rich and unique.
As a little more background, I received my BS degree in Sociology from Sorbonne University in Paris with a focus on social work. I grew up in the foster system up until I was ten years old, and was adopted by an incredible family that loves and cherishes me as one of their own. I hope in the future to help more children who like me to find healthy and stable homes.
As far as interests go, you can always talk to me about cooking, movies (especially horror and slashers), tv, and of course, chocolate. I also enjoy traveling quite a bit. So, I’d love to hear about all the places you come from.
