The Drop
Avoided by most, the Drop boasts the best fishing spot along the entire river. Jagged teeth of stone crown it on all sides from a steep bank, and the calm waters belie the fierce and dangerous undercurrent that flows beneath. The riverbed is scattered with the remains of many a boat (and fisherman). There are rumours of a sea monster that makes its home here, too.
