Shrine - Sea of Glass

A shrine to the old gods (or whatever deity will brave this frozen hell) has been placed on the shore of the Sea of Glass where strange delicate bubbles of ice form on a regular basis. Easily broken, legend has it that the balls hold the souls of all those who have died an unremarkable death out on the cold tundra.
