The followers of L'azarak are called the cult of delirium. This is not a name they chose, it is one sane men gave it. Some doubt the cult even functions,as these madmen have little in common with one another.

The Delirium's members seem to have no structure or hierarchy what so ever.

The Cult as a whole seems to have no unified goal, outside of the pursuit of knowledge.

History
L'azarak has existed for millennia in his maddening state. It would seem that his followers have always existed In a similar state of bedlam.
Mythology & Lore
Those that worship the mad god L'azarak know many myths; Few based in reality. They do however, use the idea of L'azarak's endless knowledge to appeal to sane scholars. Those of a broken mind, often need little in the way of persuasion to join the cult.
Divine Origins
Millennia ago the Cult was very similar to what it is now. The Glimpse of truth has been mad far before the birth of the new gods.
Ethics
The Delirious never destroy any form of knowledge, tome, or written manuscript. It is not known if there is a reason for this but it seems to be the closest idea of an ethic they possess.
Worship
Worship of L'azarak is known to take place in mad sermons of nonsensical rambling and feverish tones. Those listening to these tend to become disquieted.
Priesthood
The priests and clergy of the Delirium have no real titles; Most commoners call them "Mad Ones" however.
Political Influence & Intrigue
As far as politics are concerned, the cult of delirium seems to have no sway what so ever. Though its followers are said to congregate in deep,dark, and forgotten parts of towns.
