Meldhaven
Meldhaven was the third city-state to be settled, settled near the end of the Arcanis Empire by human and elven soldiers who had become trapped in Jorungloss in the cold of winter, and is thus a wall of defense against the raiders to the north. As it was founded both by humans and elves, the city is a close ally of the elven people. It is here that the first half-elves were born, and most continue to live there today, though others have spread to other parts of Meranthis.
