Structure
7.1 The Wailikia Provincial Government is Headed by the Lord Protector of Wailikia
7.1.1 who rules by consent of the King and with the advice of the Council of Lords, the Magistrate of Ereria and the Master Ranger of the Wailiki Rangers
7.2 The Lord Protector is chosen every Five years from the Lords of the Council of Lords, each in turn rules over a Lordship
7.3 the Magistrate is a member of the Magisterial Council of Wailikia and appointed by its members
7.4 Wailikia is made up of Six Lordships and their Towns: (in decreasing order of Population)
7.4.1 Akuaio (Provincial Capital)
• Bandua Wiliki
• Dercetius
7.4.2 Uiroiaka
• Duberdicus
7.4.3 Uicus
• Ukasama
• Endouellicus
7.4.4 Oilaunu
• Dullæ
7.4.5 Ueizobriga
• Ueizuai
• Uentanaka

• Trebopala
7.4.6 Roilobuca (Semi-autonomous Lordship)
7.5 each Lordship, with the exeption of Roilobuca, is ruled by the Lord,
the Lord is a hereditary title appointed by the King in consultation with the Magistrate and The Royal Master Herald. Members of the Heraldic Body can however challenge the position of Lord Protector under special circumstances.
7.6 the Lords of Akuaio, Uiroiaka and Uicus are advised by the Lordships' High Counsils
each council is made up of six High Aldermen, six Low Adermen and the Prefect
the Prefect is a member of the Magisterial Council of Wailikia and appointed by its members
the six Low Aldermen are chosen from the Freemen of the Lordship
the High Aldermen are appointed by the Lord from a short list presented by the Guilds of the Lordships and must belong to Noble families
7.7 the Lords of Oilaunu and Ueizobriga are advised by the Lordships Councils
each council is made up of six Aldermen and the Prefect
the Prefect is a member of the Magisterial Council of Wailikia and appointed by its members
the Aldermen are chosen from the members of the Guilds of the Lordships
7.8 the Lordship of Roilobuca enjoys semi-autonomous status within Wailikia, it enjoys the Protection of the Sovereign and Provincial-like powers and jurisdictions in matters of Guilds and Honours, Criminal and Heraldic Law, and other things I can't think of yet.
7.9 the Lordship of Roilobuca is Ruled by the Honourable Chamberlaim of Roilobuca
the Honourable Chamberlaim of Roilobuca must be a Member of the Aratikum family and can only be replaced by another member of the Aratikum family
the Honourable Chamberlaim of Roilobuca presides over the Roilobuca Council
the council is made up of the High Constable, two Low Aldermen, The First Alderman, The Most Watchful Prefect and the Venerable Temple Prior
the High Constable is a member of the Wailikia Rangers in good standing with the Ecumenical Fellowship and serves a four year term
each Low Aldermen is chosen every two years from the a list of Freemen of Roilobuca veted by the Chamberlaim
the First Aldermen is appointed for a life term by the Lord Protector of Wailikia
the Venerable Temple Prior is appointed by and must be a member of the Transcedental Council and serves a six year term
the Most Watchful Prefect must be a member of the Magisterial Council of Wailikia and is appointed by the Great Coucil
7.10 Towns are presided over by Lords in Council, made up of the representatives of the Noble Families, and headed by the Lawspeaker, appointed by the Provincial Magistrate in consultation with the Master Ranger
7.11 Each town government has jurisdiction only over local civil matters as defined by the Province's Constitution, All other matters fall under the Lordship's or the Supreme Council's Juridiction
