Cabarchia (/kabarkʼia/)

Cabarchia is the northern most nation in Hesperia. It is a land of many peoples and cultures that strive to prosper in spite of great disparity between its territories. this however creates a unique situation in the region where different philosophical and cultural traditions while trying to isolate themselves from each other they cannot help but interact at the cultural borders, creating a rich cultural stew, where syncretism and ideological fusion dominate the landscape. The main obstacle to full integration of Cabarchia's peoples into a single unified nation if its great economical disparity between its Territories.

Even though Cabarchia is smaller than its neighbours it makes up for it with its rich soils in plains of Ereria, and its mines in the Wailiki and Pirechian Mountains that are abundant in 210 Lechium-298 usually as iridescent ore. Cargo trains link the production centers of the country. From the mines to the refineries in Arrudia to the Factories in Southern Fractia. Cabarchia's past wars and colonial conquests had a strong hand in shaping the country's legal and political landscapes as much as its has its borders. as a result of much discord and hostility between the small nations that eventually became The Sovereign Dominion of Cabarchia, the country after unification was reorganized into an constitutional monarchy. Critics have argued that that works de facto more like a oligarchy than the representative government envisioned by the parties that entered into Union with the Dominion.

Due to their economic advantage, Fractia and Arrudia have a greater ability to dispense social programs to their populi, they also posses a greater standard of living than the other territories. the greatest disparity is between Fractia and Wilikia, with Fractans earning on average more than 15 times what Wilikis make on any given season. This may in large part be due to the vast life style and cultural differences. While most Fractians are Rationalists seeking technological progress and have the pursuit of materialistic goals intrinsically linked with their quality of life, Wailikis follow the Mountain Mysticism with a large number being minimalists, thus shunning any idea of accumulation of earthly goods.

Three great philosophical and ideological ways of life dominate the lives of Cabarchians: Classic Rationalism, Hesperian Folk Tradition, and The Mystic Pentarchy. These ideologies due to historical and geopolitical barriers have overtime maintained a uneasy isolationist attitude towards each other, Rationalism flourishes in industrially competent Fractia and to a lesser extent in militant Arrudia. Wailikis practice mostly Mountain Mysticism. Barrians and Ereirans along with the Colonial Pirechians follow different forms of the Hesperian Folk Traditions. Ortizia and the Isles, practice local customs which over time have been syncretized to correspond to a mix of Hesperian Folk Tradition and weak Rationalism.
