A world like our own, yet different in many ways.   Elves born from volcanic ash, harsh sandy desert, and cold dark caves each live as a people and culture unique from one another. Humans, both from a cold northern land and an oriental land in the far east, constantly adapting as their legacy grows to be intertwined with their rivals. Dwarves from the deep sea, cold and pale, yet bursting with passion for their craft as they grow beyond their baser needs.   Two decades of darkness ending as abruptly as it began, closing a long, arduous chapter of the world and its people, who stood together to combat it, and now must continue to do so.
