Godsflame
"Resting on these plinths were basins that held what became known as Godsflame; white fire that never went out, that gave off heat, yet never burned. It was a sign that the building was sanctioned by the Gods."
Mechanics & Inner Workings
The Godsflame cannot be doused by water or snuffed by lack of air. It is a white flame that is placed in a Temple by one of the Gods and does not go out until the link to it is severed, either by choice, or because something has happened to the Gods. It isn't fire in the sense of the elemental, but it does mimic the appearance of fire.
Manufacturing process
These flames are crafted by the Gods; mortals haven't found a way to reproduce this.
