Carlion

Carlion-on-Usk, often just called Carlion, is the capital city of Escavalon in Cambria and a seat of the Supreme Collegium.
It is ruled by King Nanteleod of Escavalon.
Carlion is also the seat of Archbishop Dubricus, the leader of Roman Christianity in Britain.
