A side effect of an area being exposed to unstable magic for a prolonged period of time. A lesser magical anomaly is the manifestation of small amounts of unstable magic. They take form as small orbs of blue light and attack everything in sight. Traits:
Unstable: The lesser magical anomaly is unstable and has a chance of exploding at the end of their turn. Roll a d8. If the result is a 1, the lesser magical anomaly explodes dealing 1d4 + 1 lightning damage.
Chain: The lesser magical anomaly is able to chain [Zap] through other magical anomalies. This can only occur if there do not exist arcs larger than 10 ft. and it will always take the shortest path (thus it can't take unnecesary detours). For every magical anomaly that was chained through, add 1d4 / 2 (rounded up) to the to hit and add that same roll to the damage.
