Varies Necromancy Requires Attunement

As soon as the heart was planted into a living organism, it destroyed and devoured all inner workings of the organism and overtakes, making the organism undead in the process. The Heart of Darkness could give extreme recovery abilities and other cursed powers. If you were to have looked inside a person with the Heart of Darkness, you would have seen nothing but black webs, eyes and malice. You might have even been attacked. To name a few of the abilities you could have gotten would be impossible, since it varied very strong from user to user. A huge problem was, that you would never know if you would have survived the doings of the Heart of Darkness, since many that sought the strengths they could have gained, have already died in the process of becoming an undead, as the heart devoured their soul with their intestines. It took a very strong and determined soul to stand up to the Heart of Darkness.
