Cormacs Journal Session 79
Well...it’s been a busy few days….Gwenda called down the wrath of her god.. So theres that. Well I suppose it was more like the healing might of her…. Point being it was crazy. Let me back up real quick, after our fancy dinner party with the lord and subsequent chase through the tunnels we went home to our tower to think things over. Suddenly Turid burst into the room like an owlbear was hot on her heels, she told us that Katla was hurt and seemed to be on the verge of death. We rushed over there and it was worse than she even made it seem, some malignant energy had draped itself across her soul, slowly withering her away. It was necromantic in nature and when I stepped into the Aetherial there was blood dripping down onto her from the ceiling.
As horrible as it is to say…. This was the first time I felt like myself in a long time, the apathy of winter faded as the fear and worry took hold. Unfortunately it seemed like it was going to be hopeless anyway… until Gwenda just… asked her god to help I guess. Suddenly Thunder sounded in the room and we were standing atop a mountain watching events that long ago transpired. I wont go into the details here but suffice it to say Katla has had it rough, but I think her god healed her.. BACK IN TIME. Whatever it was it worked… and then Linwoods son just had to come and ruin it all.
