Session 50
Arya
The group continues to be incapable of existing without my grace. After fighting with the enemies, we decided to retreat however I have seen the consequences of retreat and I was not willing to let my squires go to waste. Instead, I split from the group and ran the other direction luring my foes into a dazzling trap. I hid in the shadows of darkness and overcame spidersbane’s temptations, cutting down enemies in numbers greater than my allies could. Once the fight had concluded I made my way back to where we had separated, by then I had received a magical message from my companions informing me of their safety. We fortified ourselves into a room and piled rocks against the door to lock ourselves in and rest for the night, well what we believed was night. During Cormags watch he heard a person approaching, impressively he attacked them through the door with a ghost spear killing them instantly. Luckily for the team I was particularly observant during my watch, I had noticed that the door we had blockaded was shockingly cold! I woke the magic users and Cormag attacked with his ghost weapon yet again, striking a direct blow on something on the other side. Once we catch a break I may need to work on their skills for they are still weak compared to what they could be.
