I got to watch a group of Caer Callidyrrs elite talk, back and forth, all day long today. Much of what was talked about was pointless nonesense but a few key things. The queen proved her blood and right to lead in the face of Wellsprings barbs. Burst into a burning angel in front of everyone, shes come so far. Wellspring proved most political types can be bought or twisted into whatever shape. Besides these points I closed my eyes to rest standing for much of the first talk.

The break was more fun. I watched as my Friends And allies descended onto council like a swarm. They chose those that could be swayed into supporting Ali. I could tell their work went well. Morvar came to us as then. He asked us to speak to Verna. She could accept her nobility by signing the deed, and vote in the Queen's favor but hadn't yet. I knew she would do this before we went to speak with her though. She may not have know it yet, but she always does what's best for the people of the city.

The final vote started without Verna but with one moment to spare she stormed the doors and announced her acceptance of nobility and her vote for the queen in only a way she could. She turned the tide,then she left.

With the vote decided, the queen pulled us aside and told us she needed more help investigating Her blade and the place it held within. She described Going to another realm during Her transformation at the council. Hopefully it holds the secrets to the northmens sickness as she says it does. My heart feels to tense for the festivities to come.

P.s. Apparently there was some incredible spectacle in the hall during the break with dancing guards, chairs, Thrown drinks and angry politicians. I suspect Arya.
