Brain Matter Shonen

Welcome to a blooming world where randomness is normal and creativity is the only way to get things started! This story uses a shonen based power structure called brain matter. A form of random abilities people are cursed with at birth. But not all brain matter are active. While everyone has the abilites that come for the gift, Majority of life doesnt have it active until a later point in their life.
