Cthulhu

Cthulhu is public property thanks to H.P. Lovecraft a generous man and a fantastic writer, even though we can't understand you in 2022.     A mighty elder who's words are horror, insanity, and surrealism, a being from the great unknown, a place the human mind can't even comprehend let alone filter properly if they did. The human is limited for it's own good sometimes, and sometimes it limits itself a bit too much, and Cthulhu helps rip that ego off just a bit. A huge fan of writers and as a favor sent H.P. Lovecraft through a rift in space and time back to Boscage 4 to help invigorate them with gothic tales, fore there is nothing like helplessness to make humans give up their illusions. Cthulhu has taken interest in Boscage 4 after he caught wind of Lolth's take down from his church by the famous bard Miss Willa Zill'xar Web Weaver, singer of epic ballads and poems,, who he wants to enter a fey pact with. Miss Web Weaver's accent to demi god hood would help her spread stories across the stars, which would help Cthlhu become an even greater power.

2nd level Channel Divinity
Every creature within a 30 foot radius and with an Intelligence of 4 or more must make a Wisdom save, or be struck with fear and run away from you.
6th level Channel Divinity
Every creature within a 60 foot radius and with an Intelligence of 4 or more must make a Wisdom save, or be struck with confusion and stand there watching as the objects move around in odd ways and make odd noises, until they succeed on their Wisdom check.
8th level Channel Divinity
You cause your weapons to be infused with madness and once on each of your turns, you may choose to deal an extra 1D8 psychic damage. At level 14 this is increased to 2D8 psychic damage.
17th level Channel Divinity
You can cause various tentacle like appendages to grotesquely pop out of your body which causes everyone that can see you to make a Wisdom check, or flee in horror away from you. In addition they all go mad for 3 days and either stay in a catatonic state, or go crazy shouting about various sea devils haunting their dreams. These sticky appendages may be used for touch attacks and to carry items, but are not useful enough to use those items properly
