Tenets of Faith

The clerics of Wodind are expected to be hot-headed, but not of the furious kind. All over the place and constantly changing, Wodind wants his followers to be able to improvise during moments of heat, shine His light upon the situation and always look out for the new.   Wodind feels that improvisation is the most vital part to be succesful in the world. He improvised a large part of his contribution to the Divine Orchestra, and it gave him a landmass he is immensely proud of. He expects his followers to also be able to produce this greatness, and improvisation is the key to it.

Personal history

Wodind was created last of all the Divines. Orchast looked upon the melodic parts of His orchestra, and determined he had the rough edge of Braster, and the smooth curve of Celiool. But, He thought, an instrument inbetween is needed. Something that can toot its own horn hard and clear, but also make music more sophisticated and nice. He took parts of Braster's and Celiool's essence and mixed them together. From this, Wodind was born. Wodind immediately proved Himself to be brash, but clear. Subtle, but not fake. He immediately fired up and started creating his own Divine Instrument. Taking elements from both his technical parents, he set out to make An instrument that combined both the best qualities from a string instrument and a brass instrument. Thus, the first woodwind instruments were born.   The young Divine was immensely happy with his own creation, but he immediately received scorn from his biological father, Braster. Braster said His own Divine Instrument, the Elemhorn, far surpasses any attempt to replicate it. The purest example is always the best. Wodind disagreed, and this sparked the first of many small (and petty) feuds between father and son.   With His smooth and rough tunes, he created the landmass of the Musical Continent that is now known as Windware. A land filled with life, heat and vigor. It perfectly represents what Wodind stands for: pure energy and mastery of the forge. Wodind looked upon His creation with great pride. This caused his inner fire to raise high, something that Braster could not appreciate. As master of cold, He could not bear to see a Divine with the partial essence of him claim the opposite element to his.
