The Circle of Yog-Sothoth

The Circle of Yog-Sothoth is a mysterious region that takes up a roughly 1 km radius in central Zothique. Anybody within the circle can safely fathom and conceptualize concepts that would otherwise be dangerous or impossible. Once a piece of information is learned, one can safely leave the zone.

Localized Phenomena

In addition to the aforementioned property, any sort of psychic effect that occurs outside of the circle cannot affect anything within the circle, and vice versa.
Mental illnesses are known to be weakened or outright nullified within the circle of Yog-Sothoth, but this property does not last once exited.
