In the year 2083, the entire world's understanding of the supernatural was flipped upside down when, inexplicably, a young girl in Egypt developed magnetic powers. Soon, the entirety of the way the world worked began to revolve around these new superpowered humans as more of them emerged, and a new profession emerged: the Sentinels, a military branch consisting of people blessed with particularly powerful abilities that defended their countries from threats, both internal and external. While far from being true heroes, many people see them as such, and they're often idolized by the citizens they protect. Of course, a world in which the supernatural reigns supreme is always certain to have its fair share of chaos, and this is no exception...
