FEAT - Psyche Sensitive

Prerequisite: Have Psyche-Sight
Characters who were trained to become seer's often are capable of these higher level of insights.
Effects:

• Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You Learn the Detect Thoughts spell and can cast it without the need for any components against a creature. Casting the spell like this only be done once per day on a specific creature.
