Vronta, The Empty Court

Vronta is the Northernmost Town of Bedwyr, sitting on the edge of the Borealis woods. This far north, the winters bite harder than a dire wolf (And the dire wolves of Borealis bite very hard). As a consequence, the citizens of Vronta are prepared for the worst. The walls are double-tiered, with a small, elite force of guards. They are also independent folk, which does them well considering that the Dark Elf court is leaving in favor of the Evershade.
