A modest sized above ground hall for the express purpose of housing Tilly the Mook and visiting government figureheads. It is the largest building in White Glen, not to mention one of the few that is above ground. It stands tall and is slightly elevated off of the ground held up by thick, wooden planks. Although the outside color is faint and worn, the inside is bright and the walls are adorned with traditional paintings depicting historical battles and patrons. The doors and certain walls are made of a thin, paper-like material that can be easily maneuvered to adjust to whichever size crowd is being hosted at the time. The place is tidy and quaint, not overloaded with frivolous knick knacks and nonessentials.
