Epic V - Chapter 4: The Bandit Crusader

General Summary

Harvester 29 1216 - Needfest 2 1217
Before returning to the Southern Smile, William erupts with flames, transforming to a Fire Genassi. After calming him down, the group arrive and stay in the city of Weals , for the party wish to investigate these reports on an increase of banditry within the area. As they do so, the party discover that the citizens have been bullied and extorted by bandits for a while, and the city watch is too unmanned to deal with it. They find that there are activists who rally the citizens to take matters in their own hands, mimicking an infamous Bandit Crusader, one of which is named Ozzix. The party investigates for two days and turns up with effectively nothing. These bandits seem to be either ghosts or very well planned.
Due to some events, Tyrael was arrested and brought in along with Haki and Burlone, invisible behind them. After clearing up some suspicions about an infamous Bandit Crusader, men bust into the city watch barracks, bringing grim news of the dead Dukes of Ican and men falling from the sky.
The Dukes of Ican are dead and people fall from the sky. What does this have to do with the Planar Gates, and what will the party do now?
