Anastraya Karelova
One of the so-called "brides" of Strahd, Anastraya was a powerful vampire spawn. She was one of the key players in Strahd's plan to capture Ireena, notably by briefly framing Ireena for the murder of the new Baroness Fiona Wachter.
Her changeling heritage made her a natural spy, and her vampiric abilities, illusion magic, and swordsmanship made her both a deceitful trickster and a deadly combatant. She took sadistic joy in toying with and tormenting her foes with emotionally manipulative illusions and dirty fighting tactics. She was defeated by the party in the battle against the vampire spawn in St. Andrals Cathedral after getting caught in a powerful web spell and smashed by Cordelia while trying to escape.
