The Conclave's Purge

When a Black Hand sins against Anunkai in such a way that the conclave believes there to be no avenue of redemption, that individual is branded a heretic, and marked for the Purge.
The purge is a brutal ritual, intended to both punish the heretic and serve as a warning to the faithful.
