The Elias Campaign (The Hearth of Healing)
Synopsis: Elias Hearth - Hunter, Proud Son and Brother, and Druidic practitioner, is traveling South through the Kingdom of Roshar. Following the climactic battle with Zyldroir, and the death of Chandler Penland, Elias has elected to leave his surviving party members behind in order to reflect on his mistakes, and to atone for the one he did not save. What does he seek on his journey? He’s not entirely sure himself. He travels South, towards the Summerstall Woods, using his ranger senses to find his next steps in this familiar land.
Character Creation: This Adventure is for characters level 8 Standard Point Buy Ability Point Allocation Method All Characters Start with 1 Free Feat of choice at Character Creation All Characters start with 650 GP, two common magic items, and Normal starting Gear.
Races: All Races Available Player’s Handbook Classes: All Classes Available from Official D&D Books

Exhaustive Trauma Any time a character drops to zero or less Hitpoints, they gain a level of Exhaustion.
Heroic Criticals When an attacker scores a critical hit, they roll the normal amount of damage. This number is then added to the maximum potential damage of the dice plus modifiers. Total = Rolled Damage + Max Damage + Modifiers So scoring a critical hit with a one-handed longsword, for example would look like: Total = 6 + 8 + 4 = 18 Damage
Quick Quaff Using a Potion in combat only requires a Bonus Action.
Starting Location and Background Considerations: Characters will be introduced in the small fishing village of Oar’s Rest, nestled on the eastern border in the Summerstall Woods, on the western edge of Dragonfly Lake.The town consists of a few landmarks, a Small Inn (The Notched Line) which hosts Hunter’s Guild business, a ferry that goes across lake, and a very small general store.
Character backstories are to be given to the DM Prior, but otherwise, please have your character be willing to join a group. There will be a Hunter’s scrip for the following Bounty. If possible, please take this into consideration for why your character is in the area. HUNTER’S SCRIP
