A thriving civilization has been broken by a sudden Change. Now four moons light up the night sky where before was only one, and the sun is perpetually hidden behind clouds in the daytime.   Rising to greet the moons were werewolves and their kin, while sorcerers stepped forth to take control over the city and its people.   Between chaos and order the common folks try to make their way from day to day. One of them is Breidhe Blade - a thief, an orphan, a survivor - who tries to keep her head low and simply put food on the table.   But when her little brother is bitten by wolves, and she finds herself indebted to a powerful sorceress - Breidhe herself is thrown into the middle of the conflict.   Thunder storms across the sky, the city of Aziz is old but broken, and there are many remnants of a better past. Magicians pour energy into making some of that machinery work - while others entice crops to grow despite the darkness. Depression is rampant, sorcerors flaunt their skills, and the wolves are painted as viscious, murderous, chaotic creatures.   The werewolves hunt, the mages retaliate, and the fight escalates.
