The Aftermath

After The War of Faith ended the world drastically shifted. The victors of the war: The Faithless developed into The Republic of Azixuma, despite this self assigned title, it is more of a dictatorship. No leaders are elected, no decisions are given to the public and the government has shown no sign of caring for what's best for their people. To this day the government is focused on snuffing out every trace of religion and faith and making themselves comfortable and powerful where as the people are left to suffer The Great Gloom of Azixuma.

The Great Gloom of Azixuma is a great depression that swept the world and destroyed the economy. Most folk have to rely on others just to get by, the pay of the average job accounts for a fifth of the cost of the bare minimum one needs to live. On average, people make about one gold in a week granted they have a decent job however it costs over 5 gold to pay for a week staying in a tavern and one meal every night. As the government turned it's eye away from it's people and the pay got worse, more people turn to crime every day just to get by.
