Jareshi Synod of the Divines

Structure

The country as a whole is ruled by a synod (council) of Revered Chancellors, called the High Synod, who represent each of the deities in the Divine Host. The leader of the council is called the Revered High Chancellor, and is always the Chancellor representing Bashan. This is because Bashan is considered to be the leader of the Divine Host.
There are 9 counties in the country, and each county has their own synod of senators, one from each church. Each county is broken up into districts that is governed by a synod of ministers, and each city, town, and village in that district is run by a local synod of councilors. The Chancellors are the highest political authority in the country, and govern over the whole realm.
