Rose Butterfly

The Rose Butterfly is a Feywilds native that came through on the first Fey Day when Archfey Ivy was forced through the portal in Iasaraar. 
She had been caught off guard by an assassin and member of the Unseelie Court, Kienzoth Wirlomiel. At the end of the day, just before the portal closed, she had been taking a moment to accept a gift a mortal from the Material Plane had made for her when Kienzoth saw his opportunity to invade the other plane and establish a connection for the Unseelie. Archfey Ivy fought valiantly, protecting whoever was within her area with a Wall of Force, trapping herself and Kienzoth inside. She was concentrating hard on the spell, doing everything within her power to take what he was throwing at her and trying to keep it from falling until the portal closed. 
He used an illusion to draw her attention, and he struck when he saw his opportunity. She dropped her concentration with just a minute left before the sun sunk below the horizon and the portals closed, but he pushed her, off balance through the portal.
On the other side, people had ran from the portal, not sure how they could help or if they would just hinder her. Onlookers said that a dozen butterflies had flown in at the exact moment she fell through the portal. She took a moment, stunned from what had happened, before she looked around. The people of the material plane were staring at her, unsure of what to say or do, but she recognized fear and anguish in their eyes. She got to her feet, and stepped back in the portal with enough power to beat Kienzoth back with a new found strength, and the portal closed. Several witnesses said one last rose butterfly flew off of her shoulder as she stepped through the portal.
In the material plane, the rose butterfly is seen as a symbol of power, even when the world has taken almost everything from you.
