Kogokia City

Demographics

Kogokian's almost entirely consisted of Lizardfolk. Around 5% of Kogokian Citizens were of other races. As such Draconic was the natural language of Kogokia City. A class divide is quite evident inside Kogokia City. Three portions exist, The Gutter - for working-class citizens, The Palace - for middle-class citizens and The Garden - for upper-class citizens. The Garden had a relatively small population of around 30-40 people. The Palace; however, consisted of only 30% of the population. The remaining 70% lived in the Gutter. Typically carpentry or careers around that focus were the main professions. Exports left Mokomomo Port to send to the rest of Panservia.

Defences

The Palace district featured a strong fortified wall with few entrances. Partly due to its insincere positioning when it came time to prove those defences it showed as more of a hindrance as troops encapsulated the whole city rather easily. The small river also proved nothing for the defences of the city either.

Infrastructure

Kogokia City is a rather basic settlement, especially when considering cities. The Gutter gets its name for being a literal gutter, for the Palace and Gutter. A basic sewerage system exists in the Garden, but only enough to feed waste into The Gutter. The city design is relatively new due to the rebuild after the Great Flood.

History

Kogokia City is a relatively new settlement due to its consistent rebuilding. Early versions existed that consisted of treetop buildings. Even recentish versions reached to the northern coast with primitive docks. However, the most recent design of the city far dwarves any previous plans. The current clearing for Kogokia City was created in the last 500 years. It has unfortunately been rebuilt yet again after the Great Flood. Most the workmanship seen in The Palace is due to the hard workforce of the Lizardfolk populace.
