The Callows

After the foundation of the Bounderaks and their temples, several Aarakocra split off to protect and defend the Aarakocran people from the monsters found in the Whispering Peaks suck as Rocs. Their combat capabilities far succeed any of the other tribes and are respected greatly for their hard work until the Bounderak's betrayal. The Callows were betrayed and casted out from the temples, and after several attempts to negotiate peacefully, their tribal leader was assassinated and the tribe fell a part. Now members of this tribe still protect the other tribes and live on the outskirts of the chaos that ensues in their wars. Although they may have some peace they are a mess mentally and struggle to cope and live on without contact with the temple, typically going insane and bloodthirsty. As a member of this tribe you may seek revenge for your fallen tribal leader or maybe you want to fix everything and bring things to how they were and find a solution to all this mess elsewhere, but you are lacking in time, having been separated from the temples the longest and need to act quickly.
