Sunction's Cross

An underwater city home to the Triton race, Sunction's Cross is unknown to the rest of the world and is kept as a secret from adventuring or wandering Triton. The main God worshipped here is Airgeas however he goes by a different name of Shaldoreef. Sunction's Cross is a magical place safe from any underwater threats thanks to the high military presence across it's border. Although Sunction's Cross has a great military might it is only really used for defensive purposes. This is because of their longed nemesis Viakella. Viakella is a large and powerful underwater entity that is seen as a demon to the Triton. Their defences are used to ward off any of Viakella's servants away from their home and to protect what Viakella threatens. The Shell of Airgeas, is an ancient artefact that is sought after by Viakella for it is what was used to seal him long ago by Airgeas. It is said that if the shell was stolen into the wrong hands it could be used to summon the great Viakella to wreak havoc across the oceans of Avis and flood the land until it reaches the last mountain tip. The Triton of Sunction's Cross act as the defenders of the shell because the shell has to stay underwater or it will break and release Viakella. Sunction's Cross is ruled by the Triton King Jhelges Nalagath because of his great might and accomplishments in battle against the servants of Viakella. Although staying in Sunction's Cross is safest there are little villages to adventuring parties of Triton outside all across the ocean but all would be from this origin which grants you the following benefits.
