Illmoure

A small secluded village of kenku found south of the Manihead River, completely unknown to the 3 nations of the north. Illmoure is home to the Black Feather guild, which provides plenty of kenku skilled in thievery, trickery, assassination, combat and navigation. The kenku of illmoure pride themselves off of their own abilities and rule themselves by whom they deem worthy of based on their skillset and achievements made in the past. Illmoure is ruled by the current chief of the village Rasper. Keeping themselves hidden from society under the camouflage of the Midarath Thicket, only underworld members of society such as those from Hempton's Stand and those who have made dealings with the black feather guild would be aware of the existence of Illmoure, but none would dare approach the village without good reason, as those who are not kenku are captured or killed on sight if approaching too close to the village. Some kenku who have brought disgrace to the Black Feather guild through perhaps a failed mission or some other failures are often banished from the village and considered an enemy of Illmoure, so only those who are skilled and useful can happen to thrive here.
