Baiyan

Two lovers, intertwined. A face alike, souls combined.
In Močavi, the baiyan represents immortal love. Baiyans are monogamous animals that spend most of their time wrapped around their partner. With almost identical appearances it is often hard to determine which is which.

Basic Information

Anatomy

The Baiyan is characterized by a long body covered in small down feathers. Plumes of feathers sit on either side of its head and on its elbows.   Opposable thumbs on both the hands and feat as well as a prehensile tail allow them to maneuver safely around the trees they live in.   They express no gender dimorphism.

Ecology and Habitats

Baiyans spend most of their time lounging around in the tree tops grooming one another, hardly ever coming down.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Fruits and insects make up most of the baiyan's diet, though they may eat other small animals if they prove to be annoying or intrusive.
