History

The Republic of Astrapi was created in the early 2000s when the several Qilin city-states decided to merge together and form a republic. The Council then decided that the most suited Government System was a meritocracy were the individual was appointed to his suited role in society and wasn't given any hereditary advantage over his fellow citizen.

We are born from the land. But the sea beseech us.
