Primacies

The Primacies are the four major centres of arcane academia in Ausonia. Each is headed by a Primus and is, at least in theory, the utmost magical authority in its area. The Primacy of Kyrjava sits in the north, Ascalon in the west, Edinissa in the east, and Berzava in the south. While there are other centres of magical study and learning - Trivium and Oreikhalkon both boast vibrant magical communities - none enjoy so much prestige as the Primacies.
