Kharag'thor

Structure

Kharag'thor is ruled by a mixture of monarchy and oligarchy. However the king usually has the final say, and it requires nearly the entire dwarven council to overrule the king.

History

Kharag'thor was the earliest common race nation to establish itself as a full blown geopolitical entity. It had been settled for many thousands of years beforehand by the first ancestors of the modern dwarven race, but became the kingdom it is now in 8133 when Bruma Thorun led the excavations that connected its many underground cities.
