Mina, Goddess of Dreams & Nightmares

To many she is a figure to be feared for she can consume your subconscious mind, barraging you with a torrent of tumultuous night terrors while you’re in the most vulnerable state of mind. Should you align yourself with the Queen of Dreams? She can gift mortals full control over their own personal realm, a realm that comes to life when they sleep. Mina is the goddess of dreams, nightmares, psychological terror and torment, as most worship directed her way is done out of fear. Mortals tend to pray to her at night before retiring to bed, likely in the hopes that she will have mercy on their dreams. Mina is able to step into mortal’s dreams as she encounters them more frequently than any other god. As soon as they dream they begin to enter her realm known as the Dream World, though mortals don’t realize they encounter her as she often takes many shapes and rarely her regular form. Her realm changes constantly as it is quite everything and molds itself to fit the dreamer’s perceptions. Despite this, Mina doesn’t have anything interesting to her except her accidental involvement with one of the primordials; The Dreamer, known to be the most dangerous out of all the eldritch primordials. Unlike the other gods like Valac or Dagon who prefer such violence and atrocities, Mina is well on their level but prefers a different approach which is psychological warfare, proved to be much much worse as she can destroy a mortal’s psyche whenever she wants. Though she can bestow bliss upon those who worship her favor, seeing lost loved ones, rule as an emperor with no one to challenge your rule, or even set your sights for godhood within your own dreams. You’ll be in total control over your dreams and be what you want to be, only power higher than yours is Mina herself. The Dreamweaver can make these dreams never ending, as she once punished a group of mortals with endless nightmares while they fell into a coma like slumber.
