Itzotl, God of Thunder & Lightning

Commonly known as the ruthless one of the Divine pantheon, Itzotl is the one who mostly fights with the Demonic Gods and other entities like the Primordials. Despite his brutal nature, he was still welcomed by the other Divines as he is mostly made to deal with situations that require brutal force. The God of Thunder’s early years of Aurora are shrouded by mystery, but it is known he loved the thrill of battle as he enjoyed being drenched in blood, in and out of battle. Later in time, Itzotl would start a family with a Nomadic woman in secret and try to hide it from the watchful eyes of Phadmjir. Zodon had discovered Itzotl’s secret and brought him to Phadmjir himself to punish him as intimate relationships with denizens of Aurora is banned. Phadmjir though, knew of Itzotl’s secret family before Itzotl even started one, he had crafted this destiny for Itzotl himself to bring him happiness and feel loved. The other Divines were shocked at such a revelation but didn’t argue with Phadmjir over it, they accepted it as no one else wanted affairs with mortals anyway, nor question Phadmjir’s decision. Despite his love for his family, his brutal nature still lives strong within his soul as he continues to fight and bring down evil to his knees.
