Cha’rell
Appearance: The Cha’rell are a race of extremely elusive and adept changelings. Being able to change their shape and appearance to whatever they desire. However their base form is a medium sized almost amphibian-like creature with smooth, iridescent skin and large blue eyes. It is rare to see a Cha'rell in their base form due to the pride they take in the forms they choose
Lore: Birthed as an early race on the eastern continent, the Cha’rell soon came in contact with the Myelos. Using their combined mastery of body augmentation and shape shifting, the two races propelled each other in the fields of genetic/physical modification. Now at the forefront of technology in the world, the Cha’rell and Myelos continue to research and experiment to advance their ever growing pool of knowledge.
Relations: The Cha’rell are a mostly peaceful, curious, and extremely charismatic race that love to play tricks and get into trouble. Mostly taking the role of traveling bards, they love to explore the world and get into all manner of trouble. Some of the more serious Cha’rell however often take the roles of spies and rogues, using their incredible shapeshifting prowess to infiltrate almost anywhere undetected. The more scholarly of the Cha’rell remain home in Illureth performing research with the Myelos to advance their scientific mastery. The Cha’rell are very close with the Myelos as the two civilizations are entirely intertwined with each other at this point.
