Publication Status

The original document is held within the Imperial Palace, and is open for viewing by the public. Many transcribed booklets of it are also in print and all governmental members have a copy, as well as it being sold to the masses.

Historical Details

Background

Written by Emperor Marcus Mercer, with the help of close and trusted scribes, towards the end of the unification war as a way to keep the empire on path with a clear goal in mind.

Legacy

The document has changed little since its first inception. It outs forth the basic structure of the goverment, having and Emporor as head of state who directly controls the House of Lords and Judicial system. It outlines the goal of the Imperium as one of unity and securty, to keep from a political turmoil such as the Dark age from ever happening again.
