Omunu Foals

Omunu Foals, popularly known as The Speaker, was a Tiefling revolutionary. As a member of the Mute, he was involved with the plot to subjugate the so-called Lower Elves, but refused to comply with his mandate and helped lead the elves to revolution instead.
